At Urban Stitch Custom Creations, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products, including custom apparel, personalized gifts, and print-on-demand clothing. Because every item is crafted just for you, we’ve created this Refund Policy to be clear, fair, and customer-focused.

 

1. All Custom and Personalized Orders Are Final Sale:

 

Due to the unique nature of custom apparel printing for events and personalized gifts made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that were produced correctly based on the information provided at checkout.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders:

 

We stand behind the quality of our print-on-demand clothing. If your order arrives:

Defective

 

Incorrect in design, size, or color

 

 

You may request a replacement or refund. To be eligible, please:

 

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

 

Provide your order number

 

Submit clear photos of the issue

 

 

If we confirm the issue was due to our error or a manufacturing problem, we will issue a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund to your original payment method.

 

3. Sizing Disclaimer

 

We provide accurate sizing charts for all custom t-shirts and hoodies online. We encourage you to check size information carefully before placing an order. Refunds or exchanges are not available for sizing issues if the correct size was selected at checkout.

 

4. Cancellations and Order Edits

 

Because our items go into production quickly, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes after your order is placed. To cancel or edit your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes are not possible.

 

5. Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your item is lost in transit or never arrives, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
