At Urban Stitch Custom Creations, we’re committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel, print-on-demand clothing, and personalized gifts with care and efficiency. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand processing times, delivery methods, and shipping expectations for your made-to-order products.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

Each order is made to order, meaning we begin production after your purchase is confirmed. Processing typically takes:

 

3–7 business days for most custom t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel

 

Up to 10 business days during holidays, peak seasons, or for bulk orders

 

 

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order enters production and again when it ships with tracking details.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

 

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on item weight, destination, and carrier fees.

 

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

 

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

 

Canada & International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

 

 

Please note: These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather conditions.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your print-on-demand clothing or personalized gift has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

 

4. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship to:

 

All 50 U.S. states

 

U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses

 

Select international countries (displayed at checkout)

 

 

If you are outside the U.S. and do not see your country listed, please contact us for possible accommodations.

 

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. Urban Stitch Custom Creations is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your order appears lost in transit or is significantly delayed:

 

First, check your tracking info and confirm the delivery status.

 

Then, contact us at support@urbanstitchcustomcreations.net within 15 days of the last scan.

 

 

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

 

7. Split Shipments

 

Some orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments, depending on product type or production location. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment as they go out.

 

8. International Customs & Duties

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
